This means that if the creator does not come onto Clapper and interact with their community for a period of time (roughly a few weeks) their chat will be frozen. No one will be able to join or send messages, and monthly fee payments will be halted. This update will also help users in paid Groups. It will keep them from paying a fee for an inactive Group chat.
