Halloween month is a time to embrace the spookiness, the gore, and the macabre. Preferably, we want you to embrace it in the comfort of your home on a flat-screen TV with some popcorn to go with it.
The Clapper team met up and brainstormed on what the most epic, classic, and scariest horror movies were for each one. We came up with a pretty varied list with lots of themes to choose from. From classic old movies like “Nightmare On Elm St” and “The Shining” to newer, scary films like “The Conjuring” and “IT”. We have embraced all of our favorite Halloween protagonists: Ghosts, murders, aliens, monsters of the night, clowns, and our persistent pals Freddy Krueger and Michael Meyers.
If you were thinking of planning a horror night with your friends and family and you were thinking about what movies to watch, we got you. It’s your turn now. After reviewing our list of favorites, let us know: What horror genre gets your screaming going?
